My name is Mikko, I am a paramedic / paramedic from 2001 and AMK paramedic / AMK nurse from 2015. I have joined Dream Team as an HR coordinator in acute care and emergency care. I am Social and positive by nature.
I'm the CEO of Dream Team.
I've always taken responsibility for my own life and it's made me stronger. Becoming an entrepreneur has always been my dream. By nature I am competitive but also fair and honest.

Since 1991, I have worked in various financial administration positions as an accountant, entrepreneur and financial management. By nature, I am a proactive, accurate and careful financial management professional.

OUR STORY
"Empowering Nurses"
Abbas Al-Zireg, CEO of Dream Team AH Oy, took control of his life at an early age. He moved to Finland from the middle of the Iraq War at the age of 10 and didn't speak a word of the language. Abbas learned the language quickly and began studying enthusiastically and dreaming of his own business in the future.
He has faced many prejudices in his life but won them over. He has worked in many different fields and before starting his business, worked 19 hours in home care and Corona sampling. In the midst of this frenzied work, one night he had the idea of becoming an entrepreneur in the care industry.
Staff hire companies are coming into the market all the time. You have to stand out to be successful. Abbas says he is competitive and a person who does not want to stop. "You should always strive for new things and not stop where you are"
One of the goals of the Dream Team is to bring together a true dream team in the care industry, expanding around the world and enabling dreams to be achieved. The care industry is a big battleground where you have to find a way to succeed and be different. "I have faced a lot of challenges and learned a lot from this company's growth story."The secret to Dream Team's success is simple: Believe Everything is possible"
